How do I register for Internet Banking?
You only have to contact your Private Banker, who will provide you the access to Internet Banking under the most strict security standards. You will be allowed to log in to Internet Banking within two business days.

How do I contact Itaú Private Bank International?
You can contact Itaú Private Bank International by clicking on the "Contact Us" button in the right corner of the top level navigation bar. There you will find our address and phone number. You may also send us an e-mail. Once you submit your e-mail, Itaú Private Bank International will respond via e-mail within 48 hours.

If you are a Itaú Private Bank International customer and want to execute a banking or investment transaction, please contact us through your assigned Private Banker. Kindly note that in order to protect the integrity of your account, Itaú Private Bank International will not honor any e-mail message intended to initiate/authorize a banking or investment transaction.

Which browsers does the website support?
The site supports the following Y2K-compliant versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and AOL browsers:

Netscape 4.08 and higher (PC and Mac)

Do I need to upgrade my browser?
Older versions of browsers may not be able to translate the programming code sent over the Internet into readable website material and viewable graphics. More importantly, these browsers may not be able to perform secure transactions on the Internet. Previous browsers have an open 40-bit SSL encryption protocol as the newer ones have 128-bit SSL encryption, which makes data transfers more secure and efficient.
